Online Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

Your role

As Online Marketing Manager, you take ownership of our digital communication channels and performance marketing strategy.

The goals of this position are to:

  • Improve brand awareness and foster the engagement of our audience.
  • Communicate our product value proposition.
  • Generate new leads and help convert them into prospects and customers.

The tasks to be taken over include:

  • Website Management: Make our website the convincing home base for clients and prospects. Create specific and conversion optimised landing pages.
  • Performance Marketing: Establish a continuous and effective use of paid advertisements (Social Media & Content-Marketing).
  • Email Marketing: Reach out with appreciated newsletters, automated messages and event specific follow-ups.   
  • Analytics: Measure the performance and ensure a favourable ROI of the invested budgets.  

To fulfil these tasks, you will be able to:

  • Closely work with your colleagues in a cross-functional team and agile setup.
  • Get content production support from an external agency and freelancers.
  • Get feedback, support and backup from the Marketing Director and CCO.
  • Work based on a yearly budget plan.

About you

  • You are a digital- and tech-savvy marketer with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the field of marketing.
  • You have at least 4 years of experience in online marketing - preferable in a B2B and/or IT context.
  • You are on the lookout for a job that combines multiple online marketing types.
  • You understand how to communicate complex technical topics.  
  • You are skilled with copywriting and layout/design capabilities (video a plus).
  • Allocating budgets and measuring the performance is a routine for you.
  • You are looking for levers to optimise the performance of your marketing.
  • You safely master online marketing and analytics tools (HTML knowledge a plus).
  • In stressful situations you focus on the target, maintain a sense of humor and a collaborative mindset.
  • You are a hands-on person who takes over full ownership of your tasks and channels.
  • You are used to speaking and writing English and German on a professional fluent level.
