Director Airline Sales (m/w/d)
We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive that supports our growing business and helps us shape our Airline Segment.
In this role you would be
owning and exceeding annual sales targets within an assigned territory and set of accounts, focusing on the Airline market.
developing and executing a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base and footprint in the industry
building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Partner with customers and interact with prospects to understand their business needs and objectives
Effectively communicate our value proposition through proposals and presentations
Understand airline-specific solution landscapes, trends and needs
Interacting with the Product Management and Customer Success group, reporting on market observations and anticipated feature adoption
Interacting with the Marketing Team to shape the go to market approach for the Airline Segment
Provide detailed revenue forecasts utilizing our CRM and reporting framework (Salesforce.com)
You have +5 years of proven sales executive experience within the eCommerce / MarCom Automation / CRM space
Saas solution selling experience would be an advantage
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Airline Industry experience and relevant network a must
Experience with Data Solutions
Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Proven ability to position products against competitors or inertia
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English a must
BA/BS/MBA degree or equivalent
Experience in Travel Technology and/or Retail and/or eCommerce a plus.
Other languages a plus
Experience with A/B testing, experimentation and statistical methodologies a plus
